UltraCut FBS II 6

The powerful concrete screw for maximum ease of installation

UltraCut FBS II 6

Benefits at a glance

Fast cutting:
Special ratio between flank and shank diameter enables deep and fast cutting into the mounting base.
Added safety:
DAS II 6 has an ETA for seismic performance category C1 for additional safety.
Small edge and centre distances:
During assembly, only small edge and axis distances need to be observed, which enables great flexibility with regard to a wide range of applications. The approval-compliant adjustment allows the screw to be loosened twice for a total of 20 mm, shimmed max. 10 mm and aligned.
Approval concrete screw FBS II 6 gvz:
The concrete screw FBS II 6 made of galvanised steel has an ETA for the bricks Masonry tiles Mz (EN771-1), Solid lime sand brick KS (EN771-2) and Perforated lime sand brick KSL (EN771-2) for flexible use in different substrates.
Special considerations for vertical installation:
For vertical installation in ceilings and floors, drill hole cleaning is not required for DAS II 6 gvz.
European Technical Assessment (ETA) Option 1:
The European Technical Assessment (ETA) option 1 regulates use in cracked and uncracked concrete for the highest safety requirements. Thanks to the ETA for multiple fastening of non-load-bearing systems, the UltraCut FBS II 6 is ideal for anchoring pipes and suspended ceilings in concrete and prestressed concrete hollow ceilings.
High corrosion protection:
The design of the concrete screw in stainless steel guarantees a very high level of corrosion protection and thus enables use in wet rooms and outdoors.

ETA-compliant application in masonry

The fischer FBS II 6-10 gvz concrete screw offers the innovative option for ETA-compliant application in masonry and thus guarantees maximum safety not only in concrete but also for other applications in other building materials.

Flexible anchoring depths

1. Quick installation due to minimum anchoring depth, e.g. DAS II 6x60/5 US

  • Minimum anchoring depth is 25 mm
  • Permissible tensile load at hnom, min = 25 mm is 0.7 kN·
  • Permissible lateral load at hnom, min = 25 mm is 1.8 kN2.

2. Highest load at maximum anchoring depth, e.g. DAS II 6x60/5 US

  • Maximum anchoring depth is 55 mm
  • Permissible tensile load at hnom, max = 55 mm is 4.0 kN
  • Permissible transverse load at hnom, max = 55 mm is 6.3 kN
